Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program

Jaeger-LeCoultre guarantees its timepieces for eight years

Geneve is pleased to tell you about the Jaeger-LeCoultre Care Program, through which the owner of a watch by the Swiss brand is able to extend the piece’s warranty to eight years, among other benefits.

Jaeger‑LeCoultre offers the Care Program in line with the most demanding needs of global customers and to cater to the desire for personalised content, technical expertise and education.

The program is based on two pillars. The first is to offer an International Limited Warranty that can go up to eight years. The second is to provide a highly personalised experience with information and customer advice.

The Care Program benefits customers when buying the timepiece

Customers that have an International Limited Warranty can register their timepiece online and be eligible for the program

How does it work?

Customers will receive personalised services relating to their timepieces. In-store, this will include access to added-value services regarding maintenance or enhancement of their timepieces, such as functional checks. Meanwhile, online, customers will have the opportunity to learn from the company’s master craftspeople, their specialties, the specificities of the timepieces, etc. Moreover, customers can also access pre-configured digital tools that allow them to personalise their watch and take care of it.

The program and warranty extension is an excellent opportunity for customers to better understand and care for their watches

As a Jaeger-LeCoultre distributor, we are proud to work with brands that offer these kinds of initiatives, and we strive to provide all the information necessary so that our customers are able to find what they are looking for.

If you would like to learn more about the watches we have by this watchmaker, contact us by making an appointment on our website. If you are unable to come to our shops in person, we offer a video call service where an expert will call you to help you with your needs.
